Seven Cities office campus sale

Press Release: Campus Offices recently added the Seven Cities office complex in Rijswijk to its portfolio of office campuses. The complex consists of 7 buildings with a lettable floor area of approximately 12,500 m2. With this acquisition, Campus Offices is taking the next step in realizing its ambition to create a nationwide network of multifunctional locations in an (inner) urban environment. All locations are easily accessible by public transport as well as by car and have ample parking facilities. Above all, however, the locations are characterized by a spatial layout with many facilities and shared amenities.

The office complex in Rijswijk will continue under the name Campus Seven Cities. Plans have also been developed to add a unique hospitality concept, which will be further developed in the coming months. Campus Seven Cities is the third location. The other locations are Campus CeeCee in Enschede and Campus Delta in Capelle aan den IJssel.

Campus Offices is permanently looking for locations in the Netherlands of at least 7,000 m2 in the larger growth cities. Of importance is the presence of high-quality public transport in the vicinity, parking and outdoor space. Less important is whether the location is already (largely) leased; preferably no more than half.
